Effective November 21, 2007 TriAgency will be updating company policies along with the rate and payment schedule for all services.

All pricing can be found in our Online Store at http://www.triagency.com/store
Our detailed
http://www.triagency.com/storeTerms & Conditions for projects will result in more clarity for oth parties on development projects.

Specific changes to our policies include:

- TriAgency will be requiring a prepaid retainer for tech support and for all projects. This change is in response to the need for the TriAgency team to spend more time in production and also to increase the needed cash flow. We have options for per incident support, or annual contracts.

- To help maximize production time, TriAgency will be using email and the web-based program, Basecamp, for its primary form of client interaction. Voicemail messages will be returned at the earliest convenient time.

- Requests for new work and/or tech support will need to be submitted by email. Send new work and maintenance requests to billing@TriAgency.com and tech support related requests to support@TriAgency.com. Each request will be reviewed by the project manager and assigned to the development team.

- Time spent on the phone with a client during the development of project will be tracked and count towards the billable hours charged for the project.

- Requests for quick turnaround will be charged a rush rate and are subject to time availability.

TriAgency.com relaunch

To help celebrate ten years in business, TriAgency launched a new website today, November 1, 2007.

With our updated online store, visitors can easily compare our prices on web development and related services, as well as pay their invoices online.

We have also launched three new blogs:

TriAgency News: updates on our projects

TriAgency Music: the latest music and videos from our related artists

TriAgency iPhone HQ: info on our iPhone Browser Application development.

The store was developed using VPASP, our choice for online store ecommerce development on a Windows hosting platform.

The site content and blogs are all powered by the DOT.TUNES API plug-in.  This revolutionary concept, which we helped develop, uses DOT.TUNES to pull metadata (Comments, Lyrics, Artwork) out of the iTunes MP3 files, and serves the data as XML files, which is then turned into HTML pages.
